Premiere Vision, Paris

I've just returned from a 3 day trip to Paris. On the Wednesday I visited Premiere Vision, where I exhibited my second year individual options collection, 'Deco Boudior' and my minor project collection, 'Rustic Rhino.' My university selected students work to be displayed on the stand at Indigo.

'Première Vision: The World's Premier Fabric Show ©. It is to professionals what Paris is to Fashion ; a trends' capital where the colours and materials of a whole season are decided eighteen months in advance'

The visit was a chance for me to view the current work of international design studios and gain more insight into the high quality production of the designs. Whilst I was there I took the opportunity to speak to the design studios and hand out my press pack, which contained my C.V, business card and CD of my work. This will hopefully get me noticed within industry and help me gain internships for when I've graduated.
